Motivation: I hope to strengthen my leadership and strategic skills to turn scientific evidence into real action in contexts of inequality, climate risk, and institutional fragility. Through the program, I aim to build capacities in systems thinking, cross-sector collaboration, and inclusive communication to work more effectively with communities, governments, and Indigenous groups and advance science-driven solutions for environmental justice.

Motivation: I aim to grow as a transdisciplinary leader bridging climate science and the realities of Indigenous and rural communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon. ALP’s focus on collaboration and systems thinking will help me communicate climate data accessibly, co-design adaptation strategies, and lead equitably. I plan to apply these skills to implement locally grounded water solutions, like distributed micro-reservoirs, in vulnerable Andean and Amazonian regions.
