Representatives of three collaborative research actions (Arctic: Arctic Observing and Science for Sustainability, Mountains: Mountains as Sentinels of Change, and Food Security: Food Security and Land Use Change) held their midterm and end-term valorization events at the same time. This newsletter represents a synthesis of the results of the 16 funded projects, revealing real solutions, and providing further evidence that intense stakeholder engagement to co-develop locally based solutions is an approach that should be continued, expanded, and refined. The synthesis document gives a brief overview of each project, identifies common themes that emerged, and provides recommendations for the future.
